Fishermen killing: 'Italy envoy should not be expelled but arrested'

In a strong tit for tat move, India decides to hold back the Italian Ambassador after Italy refused to return their mariners facing trial in the killing of Indian fishermen. Till yesterday, the Indian government was talking of waiving Mancini's diplomatic immunity but now MEA sources tell NewsX that the government is in a bind on the issue as the Italian envoy's immunity is absolute.
