Expelled BJP leader Dayashankar Singh was on Friday arrested from Buxar in a joint operation between Uttar Pradesh Police and Bihar Police. The arrest comes following an FIR against him for making derogatory comments against BSP supremo Mayawati. The Lucknow Bench of Allahabad High Court had denied a stay on his arrest.
