Arvind Panagariya appointed as NITI Aayog Vice Chairman

After replacing it with NITI Aayog (National Institution for Transforming India), the government has archived the website of the erstwhile Planning Commission while the new body will launch its own website in a few days.

NITI Aayog made this announcement on Twitter, a preferred communication platform of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and host of other ministries and government departments.
