Delhi shivers at 2.6 degrees celsius

As a severe cold wave sweeps Delhi, the minimum temperature in the national capital came down to 2.6 degrees celsius as of 5:30 am today, the lowest this season while the max temperature has stayed at 19 degrees celsius, according to the Meteorological Department.
