Tamil Nadu CM J Jayalalithaa expressed her joy on the Cauvery water Tribunal award coming in favour of TN on a day which was her birthday. The notification of final award of the Cauvery Water dispute came on Wednesday in the govt gazzette, which Jayalalithaa says is a personal victory for her.
