Even as the Modi for PM chant grows, trouble for him in a Gujarat riots case don't seem to end. Zakia Jafri whose husband was a victim of the Gulbarga Society massacre, has got permission to file a protest petition against the SIT's closure report on Narendra Modi. The Supreme Court directed SIT to hand over copies of its closure report on Narendra Modi to Jafri. She has been given 8 weeks to file a protest petition. In its closure report, the SIT had given a clean chit to Modi, saying it found no evidence against him and 61 other accused in the Gulbarga Society massacre case of 2002.
