President's rule in Jharkhand likely

Governor Syed Ahmed is likely to send a status report to the Centre on Saturday saying that no political party or alliance in Jharkhand can form a government at the moment. The report was prepared by his secretariat on the basis the governor's talks with representatives of all political parties over the last two days.
