A Delhi court today extended by three days the police custody of Sukhdev Singh Namdhari, booked for the murder of controversial liquor baron Ponty Chadha's brother Hardeep Singh. Magistrate Sunil Beniwal extended the custody of Mr Namdhari till December 5 after the police said it needed his custody to recover the vehicles used on the day of the shootout which left both the Chadha brothers dead, and to trace the other accused.
