In a twist to the Ponty and Hardeep Chaddha murder case, arrested former Chairman of Uttarakhand Minorities Commission has admitted to have fired at Hardeep Chaddha in the farm house where the brothers were killed. Police say that Namdhari has also admitted to be the main conspirator in the case. He arranged men for Ponty Chaddha and accompanied him to the farm house. Earlier Sukhdev Namdhari was produced before a Delhi court which remanded him to 5 day police custody. Namdhari will be produced before a Delhi court at around 2pm today.. charged with criminal trespass. He's also to be questioned in the case of the murder of Hardeep Chadha, and criminal conspiracy in the shootout case. Namdhari was arrested near his residence in Bajpur in Udhamsingh in Uttarakhand on Friday. Namdhari has refuted reports of going into hiding after the Delhi farmhouse shootout where he was present... now promising to assist the police in the probe. The case has now been moved from to the Crime Branch from the jurisdiction of the South Delhi Police.
