A report claims the family of Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao has accumulated massive wealth during his time in power. It says the Premier's relatives including his wife, have controlled assets worth at least $2.7 billion. And the dragon has decided to strike back at the New York Times. A furious China has blocked the New York Times website after it published the explosive story on the massive wealth accumulated by the family of Prime Minister Wen Jiabao. Censors have blocked both the Chinese and the English websites on which the article had been posted. Distribution of all NYT papers has been stopped. All other sites even discussing the issue have been shut down. Local media is banned from covering the subject. Local SMSs and 'Twitter' services are also being monitored.
