Kejriwal and his supporters were taken to the Bawana stadium on the outskirts of the capital when they refused to budge from a dharna on Rajpath.. about a kilometre from the Prime Minister's residence. Kejriwal was later released... but it didn't stop there. The IAC activist refused to leave saying he would prefer being in jail till Salman Khurshid was the Law Minister. He claimed one of the volunteers was badly beaten up.
