Northeast exodus: People return to Bangalore - NewsX

Several people from North East India today arrived in Bangalore on the Guwahati-Bangalore Express, in the wake of the recent exodus. Several of them students, arriving in Bangalore for the very first time, to pursue their studies in the city. Many of them said they weren't really worried about coming to Bangalore as they were assured of their safety. They had however followed the media reports of several thousand north east people leaving the city last week.
