BJP's prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi and Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi are likely to win from Varanasi and Amethi seats respectively, according to an exit poll . In Varanasi, AAP leader Arvind Kejriwal will come second while Congress candidate Ajay Rai will be relegated to the third position, the poll predicts.

Despite a very spirited campaign, AAP's Kumar Vishwas will only manage third position in Amethi while BJP's Smriti Irani is predicted to come second. SP chief Mulayam Singh Yadav faces a stiff challenge in Azamgarh and may end up losing.
