Supreme Court defers IPL spot-fixing scandal hearing to April 16

IPL Spot-fixing Scandal: The Supreme Court of India on Thursday did not take any decision on the Indian Premier League (IPL) spot-fixing and betting scandal, and deferred the hearing on the matter on April 16 after hearing the matter for about three hours. The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on Thursday proposed the Supreme Court to initiate disciplinary proceedings as per the recommendations of the Justice Mudgal Committee reports.
