Sushma Swaraj: Pained at BJP decision to deny ticket to Jaswant Singh

Senior BJP leader Sushma Swaraj has expressed her unhappiness over Jaswant Singh not being allowed to contest upcoming Lok Sabha polls from his home constituency Barmer.
"I understand that it is not an ordinary decision and there must have been a strong reason for it. But personally, I am hurt by this decision of the party, reason be whatsoever," she said in Bhopal on Saturday.
An upset Jaswant Singh is likely to resign from the BJP today, sources have said.
