Addressing the media over MCD polls results, BJP Chief Nitin Gadkari, said that the BJP has emerged as a better alternative to Congress for the 2014 Lok Sabha elections. He congratulated workers for the success of party in Delhi civic polls. Based on the trends coming in from all 272 seats at this time, the BJP seems on course on retaining the MCD for the third consecutive time although with a reduced majority.
