Army Chief General V K Singh in an interview to an English magazine has said that vested interested were at play and that people both in uniform and those who weren't in uniform had nefarious aims. Gen Singh said even troop movements would be twisted out of context and stories would be made out if it. He said even civil servants had their own axe to grind and that if anybody had any doubt; they should come forward and gets them clarified.
