Indians not trained to be leaders, shy from responsibility: Chappel-NewsX

Taking a dig at India, the former India coach has said that the Indians can't be leaders as Indian culture doesn't breed leaders. Speaking on the sidelines of the launch of his autobiography in Adelaide, Chappell said that Indians lack leaders in the team because they are not trained to be leaders. Criticizing the Indian culture and the Indian cricket establishment, the Aussie added that the Indians don't have a team culture and always shy away from responsibility.
