Aarushi murder case: SC rejects Talwar's plea-NewsX

The Supreme Court has turned down the plea of Rajesh Talwar seeking transfer of Aarushi murder case to Delhi. Dr Rajesh Talwar, the father of murdered teen Aarushi had pleaded that there was a threat to his life in Ghaziabad. Talwar had been attacked by a knife-wielding man in January last just outside Ghaziabad court. Talwar had also cited inconvenience to witnesses as another reason. CBI had opposed the Talwars' plea, arguing that the couple is trying to delay the trial.
