Aarushi murder case: SC to hear review petition filed by Nupur Talwar - NewsX

A crucial day for Nupur Talwar in the murder case of her daughter Aarushi and their domestic help Hemraj. The Supreme court will hear the review petition that she had filed against the Court's direction her to face trial in the case. The Court will also here her petition against a non bailable warrant that the CBI court in Ghaziabad issued against her for failing to appear in the court on Wednesday.But options are fast running out for Nupur .. especially after the CBI extended its non bailable warrant till April 30th. And claimed that she's misusing the legal process to evade arrest. This was after she skipped appearance in the special CBI court that had said she had 30 days to present herself before the court. The CBI also said officials were sent to 6 places but had failed to find Nupur.
