India News : NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court on Tuesday refuses to accept former Union Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav's plea to change the judge dealing with one of the fodder scam cases against him.

The RJD supremo is facing charges of embezzling Rs 70 crore from the treasury in the fodder scam case. Any conviction and sentence would prevent him from contesting in the 2014 general elections.
