In what comes as a big blow to Lalu Prasad Yadav, the SC has rejected the RJD Supremo's bail plea. Lalu yadav, who is jailed in 3 multi crore fodder scam cases, was seeking bail on health grounds. The RJD Supremo will stay in jail for now. CBI had earlier opposed Lalu Yadav's bail plea in SC. CBI said that Lalu Yadav will get involved in politics upon release. CBI said the RJD Supremo would misuse the grant of bail.
