It's a crucial day for Baba Ramdev as the Supreme Court will pronounce its verdict today on the issue of midnight crackdown on the yoga guru and his followers at Ramlila Maidan by the Delhi Police on June 4-5 last year during his anti-corruption agitation. The apex court had taken suo motu cognizance of media reports reportedly showing brutality of police action against the followers of Ramdev, who were reportedly sleeping at the time of the crackdown. A woman later died due to the injury suffered in the police crackdown.
