West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjees met Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and expressed her view on NCTC. Mamata has decided to meet Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee after this. Sources said that she may use NCTC issue as a bargaining chip. She has already miffed with the centre over Bengal's financial package, Teesta Water Treaty, Farakka water dispute as well as Gorkhaland crisis. Including Mamata Banerjee, 14 Chief Ministers have voiced concerns over Home Minister's pet project NCTC.
