26/11 terror attack: NIA chargesheets Headley, 8 others

Two years after his role in terror activities surfaced, the National Investigation Agency chargesheeted LeT operative David Headley and Lashkar founder Hafiz Saeed for plotting terror attacks in India including the 26/11 strikes. The chargesheet also names Headley's accomplice - Pakistani-Canadian Tahawwur Rana, 26/11 attack mastermind Zaki-ur-Rehman Lakhvi and al-Qaeda operative Illyas Kashmiri for waging a war against India. Sajid Malik, handler of Headley, and Abdul Rehman Hashmi, former Pakistani Army officer were also named in the chargesheet besides two officers Major Iqbal and Major Samir Ali.
