UP Gangrape Case: A 16-year-old rape survivor in Pratapgarh, Uttar Pradesh, has been brutally attacked allegedly by the brother of the man who is accused of raping her.
The girl's parents alleged that the man, named Lalji, had attacked her with a blunt weapon inflicting grievous injury to her face and mouth last night. It was an attempt, they alleged, to cut off her tongue to ensure that she would not be able to speak again.
