Minor Rape: Rape victim's tongue chopped off in Pratapgarh

India News: A minor rape victim's tongue was chopped off allegedly by the accused to silence her ahead of the hearing in the case. The gruesome incident happened in Pratapgarh, Uttar Pradesh. The girl was to testify in the court on July 24.
The girl was gang-raped on January 22. One of the main accused is in jail; however, the other two accused are still at large.
