India News: In Gonda district of UP, a government doctor at the post of additional CMO, led to a child turning half blind.

The child in gonda had ulcer in her mouth and her parents took her to a government hospital in Balrampur.

Doctor BL Rastogi diagnosed her and cut her ulcer without administering anesthesia. To add to the height of carelessness, then he advised the girl to rinse the wound with hydrogen oxide and dettol.
