Purulia case: Denmark abandons case against Kim Davy

India's hopes for extradition of Purulia arms drop case accused Kim Davy are dashed with Denmark's top law officer have deciding not to file an appeal against the Danish High Court's refusal to extradite him. The Denmark High court had recently rejected New Delhi's application to extradite Kim Davy on Grounds that he will be tortured Kim Davy's extradition on grounds that he will be tortured in India.
