Rami Malek Reportedly in Final
Negotiations to Be 'Bond 25' Villain Malek previously stated that playing a
'Bond' villain would be a dream role. But the actor reportedly had scheduling conflicts
between filming the final season of 'Mr. Robot'
and claiming the iconic role. According to Collider, Malek has
worked out the conflicts and is attempting to
finalize the deal to appear in the franchise. His chances appear greater after
winning the best actor Oscar for his portrayal
of Freddie Mercury in 'Bohemian Rhapsody.' Other actors expected to join the
cast are Lea Seydoux, Naomie Harris,
Ben Whishaw and Ralph Fiennes. According to 'Variety,' there are still
three other prominent roles to be filled. The title of the film was recently
revealed to be 'Shatterhand.' It is expected to begin
production this spring.
