Can Rakhine Independent Inquiry Commission really work?

The Commission says in its announcement that they will start their inquiry on alleged violation of human rights in Rakhine State. Myanmar government constituted this independent inquiry commission to investigate on rights issue on July 30. Zeyar Maw will present how much this commission can work independently and effectively.
