India were handed a four-run defeat in the opening game of three-match T20I series against Australia at the Gabba. Chasing a target of 174 runs, India were restricted to 169/7 in 17 overs. Earlier, due to rain break, the match was reduced to 17-overs per side. Australia managed to score 158 in 17 overs, but the target was revised for India.
