1 In the twentieth stanza is as follows;
|| Atha Vyavasthitan Drishtava Dhartarashtran Kapi-Dhvajah
Pravritte Shastra-Sampate Dhanurudyamya Pandavah
Hrshikesham Tada Vakyam Idam aha Mahi-Pate ||
2 In this stanza Sanjaya tells Dhritarashtra that;
Thereafter, on seeing the arrayed sons of Dhritarashtra, the Pandu son Arjuna, whose chariot had Kapi-Dhvaj (the flag with Lord Hanuman as emblem) on it, raised his mighty bow and declared that he was ready for the battle.
O King, at that time Arjuna said these words to Hrshikesha (Lord Krishna).
3 In the next verse, Arjuna has addressed Lord Krishna as Achyuta which means "immovable", "unchangeable" or "unbeatable".
4 This shows that, although Lord Krishna agreed to be Arjuna’s charioteer still his supreme position of being the Godhead was not challenged and will remain unchanged.
5 The twenty-first and twenty-second stanzas Arjuna says;
Arjuna Uvacha :
Senyaor Ubhayor Madhye Ratham Sthapaya Me ’Cyuta ||21
|| Yavadetan Niriskshe ‘Ham Yoddhu-Kaman Avasthitan
Kair Maya Saha Yodhavyam Asmin Rana-Samudyame || 22
6 In these stanzas Arjuna tells Lord Krishna that;
O infallible Lord Krishna, please take my chariot and place it between the two armies, so that I may look at the warriors who desire to fight and with whom I must fight in this great combat.
