Check out this video to know how Lord Krishna tells Arjuna to stand up for the war.

1 In the following stanza, Lord Krishna fondly calls Arjuna by the name; Parth (son of Pritha alias Kunti) to tell him that how his state of weakness is not appropriate at this hour.

2 The divine words of Lord Krishna from this third stanza are;
|| Klaibyam Ma Sma Gamah Partha Naitat Tvayyupapdyate
Kshudram Hrdaya-Daurbalyam Tyaktvottistha Parantapa ||

3 In this verse, Lord Krishna also calls him Parantapa that stands for the chastiser or punisher, who destroys the enemy just with the power of concentration.

4 Arjuna was capable of frightening his enemies and used to drive them away. However, at that moment, he was himself is frightened and wanted to leave from Kurukshetra.

5 It clearly doesn’t suit him, that’s why Lord Krishna says the following in the third verse;
O son of Pritha, do not yield to infirmity as such state is not befitting you. O defeater of enemies, rise up and cast off this petty faintheartedness.
