Electoral reform group Bersih has recorded 23 offences in the recently concluded Cameron Highlands by-election, the highest among all by-elections since the 14th general election.

Among the 23 offences, 14 were committed by victors BN and five by Pakatan Harapan. Two were committed by PAS, which did not contest but campaigned for BN.

The remaining two offences were committed by unidentifiable parties.
