Preheat the oven @160°C

Ingredients:
400 gms Strawberry, sliced
30 gms Cocoa powder
150 gs All-Purpose Flour
200 gms Caster Sugar
1½ tsp Baking powder
Salt
65 gms Oil
½ cup Milk
1 Egg
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Caster sugar or Icing sugar ( for sprinkling)

Method of preparation:
Cut the strawberries into two halves.
In a tray add flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt and keep it aside.
In a bowl, add oil, sugar, mix them well.
Add milk, whisk it well.
Add egg, whisk it well and add vanilla extract.
Sieve the flour mixture into the egg mixture and mix well.
Transfer the batter to a cake pan, tap it so that it levels up and place the strawberries on it
Sprinkle some caster sugar on the strawberries.
Bake it for 40-50 minutes, check the cake at the 25 minute mark.
