Eggless Soft and Fluffy Chocolate Donuts recipe
Today I am sharing an amazing recipe of Homemade Donuts. It is typically prepared with all purpose flour or maida which is fermented using yeast or baking powder. Refined flour/maida - 2 cups
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Warm milk - 1/4 cup
Sugar - 5 tbsp
Yeast - 2 tsp
Water - 1/2 cup
Butter - 1 tbsp
Oil - for deep frying
Dark compound chocolate - 100g (melted for glaze)
