Paneer 65 is a vegetarian starter recipe, made with a blend of Indian spices, yoghurt and paneer. This paneer starter is surely going to leave your guests asking for more. Do give it a try and share your feedback in the comments below.


Ingredients:
250 gms Paneer
3 tbsp Corn Flour
2 tbsp Gram Flour
1 tbsp Red Chilli powder
Salt
Coriander leaves, chopped
Water
Oil for frying
4 tbsp Oil
1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
15-16 Curry leaves
1 Green Chilli, chopped
Coriander leaves, chopped
2 tbsp Chilli sauce
4 tbsp Yogurt
2 tbsp Flour
1 tsp Red Chilli powder
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
Water
Salt

In a bowl, add corn flour, gram flour, red chilli powder, salt, coriander leaves, water, paneer and mix well.
Heat oil in a vessel and add the marinated paneer into hot oil and fry it until it changes colour.
In another vessel, heat oil, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves and let it splutter.
Add green chilli, coriander leaves, chilli sauce and mix well.
In a bowl add yoghurt, flour, red chilli powder, garam masala, water and mix well.
Add it into the pan, salt, mix well.
Add water, fried paneer and mix well.
Cook till it starts leaving the water.
Our Paneer 65 is ready to serve.
