Rice Fields Submerged During Typhoon Usman

Thousands of acres of rice fields are submerged in flood water during typhoon Usman in Camarines Sur, the Philippines on December 30. Local resident Irish Torres said: ''I burst into tears while recording this video. Imagine, that was a rice field before Usman hit CamSur. Imagine how our farmers will recover their losses after this massive destruction caused by Typhoon Usman.''
