Tesla Adds Two New Members To Their Board Of Directors

Tesla is adding two new people to its board: Kathleen Wilson-Thompson and Larry Ellison. According to Gizmodo, Ellison describes himself as a close friend of Elon Musk. The new additions are part of the settlement Tesla and Musk reached with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. This settlement was needed after Musk wrote a tweet about possibly making Tesla private. Tesla’s Board of Directors said they added two people that “would complement the current board’s experience.”
