Tesla Chairwoman Robyn Denholm Makes Massive $17 Million Stock Sale

Tesla Chairwoman Robyn Denholm sold more than $17 million worth of Tesla shares on Monday according to a filing. This brings her total stock sales in 2024 to over $50 million, all part of a pre-planned selling program. Denholm still owns the vast majority of her stake, which was 1.66 million shares at the end of 2023. Other big Tesla stakeholders have also sold millions of shares recently. Tesla shares are down 26% this year amid weakened demand, lower deliveries, and increased competition. CEO Elon Musk is trying to shift focus to autonomous driving instead of the core automotive business.
