According to the Huffington Post, no one has claimed the $1.537 billion Mega Millions jackpot from October: The sole winning ticket was sold at a grocery store in Simpsonville, South Carolina, but as of Friday no one had come forward to claim the prize. The mystery almost-billionaire has 180 days from the drawing date to claim the pot. If it goes unclaimed, the money will be returned to each of the 44 states that participate in the Mega Millions lottery.
