Sky Blue Around New York City The incident happened at a Con Edison power plant
in the borough of Queens. ConEd officials called it a "brief electrical fire" and added no one was injured. There is also no reported damage to any homes near the power plant. Temporary power outages have all been fixed as of Friday morning. The explosion still delayed subway service in the area for a short time and caused nearby LaGuardia airport to suffer
power outages, forcing planes to be grounded. The blue sky also left many on social media wondering if an alien invasion
