Andhra govt whip and TDP MLA Chintamaneni Prabhakar left his car at the Kaza toll gate in Guntur district to block the toll gate after he was asked to pay the toll by the toll authorities. The MLA's are exempted to pay the toll fee after they provide an official identity card by the government. His guy is having 54 cases on him and a rowdy sheet on him. Reportedly, the officials could not recognize him as there no number plate or MLA sticker on his car. The officials at the toll plaza apologised to Prabhakar after they realised his identity.
