Thousands of victims displaced by the deadly Camp Fire in Paradise, California, are now living at evacuation centers across the county.

This video, filmed by Carl Barlett on November 20, shows an aerial view over the evacuation center set up at Butte County Fairgrounds. Many of the evacuees had previously been staying at the Walmart parking lot in Chico, which had become an unofficial camp and donation drop site immediately following the fire.

The death toll of the tragedy has increased to 83, with more than 500 still unaccounted for.
