years funding sanitation research. Bill Gates, at the Reinvented Toilet Expo Gates suggests that a new approach for sterilizing human waste could end nearly 500,000 infant deaths and save $233 billion annually in costs linked to diseases caused by poor water and sanitation. Guy Hutton, Unicef,
