INGREDIENTS

️500 Gram Beef (boneless, cut into cubes)
️1 Cups Water
️1 Cup Bengal chana dal (200)gm

️5 Kashmiri red chilli
️1 Onion(piyaz)
️Garam masala 1tbsp

️Coriander 1tbsp (dhania)
️Cumin 1tbsp (zeera)
️To taste Salt 1tsp (namak)

️1/2 tsp Turmeric powder (haldi)
️Ginger , Garlic 1tbsp (lehsan,adrak)
️3 Green chillies (chopped) (hari mirch)

️3 Tbsp Green coriander (chopped) (hara dhania)
️Mint leaves 2tbsp (podina)

️Onion 1(chopped ) (piyaz)
️2 Eggs
️Corn flour 2tbsp
️For frying Refined oil

⭐INSTRUCTIONS⭐

✔Aik bertan mein, gosht, chanay ki daal jisko doh ker saf ker lain behgoain nahi. Pyaz, sabut, lal mirch, namak, haldee, garam masala, adrak, lehsan, zeera, dhania shamil ker lain or dhak kar 30 minute keliya pakayen, ya jab tak daal aur gosht gal jaye. Agar pani ho tu tez aanch par pani sukha len.

✔Agar pressure cooker istemal kar rahe hon tu 10 minute pressure pe paka lein.

✔Pani sukh janay tak paka lein aur mixture ko thanda hunay tak chor dein.
Pher meet ko halka halka grainder main gohmaay, takay uskay rayshay ban jaain or dal ko alag say graind ker lain.

✔Ab mixture main anday, cornflour, dhania, podina, hari murch, piyaz shamil ker k tamam ajza ek saath ache tarhan mix ker lein.

✔Haathon ki madad sa mixture k kabab/patties bana lein.

✔Frying pan mein oil garam ker k kabab/patties fry ker lein.

Shami kabab tayyar han.

⭐How to Make Shami Kebab⭐

1.
In a pan, add the meat, water, Bengal gram, red chilli, salt, turmeric powder, ginger and garlic paste.

2.
Bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat and continue to cook it until all the water has evaporated and the meat is tender.

3.
Remove the pan from the heat and keep aside to cool.

4.
Pass the meat twice through a mincing machine, adding the green chillies, onion, mint leave and green coriander, egg, cornflour.

5.
Divide the mixture equally into lemon-sized portions and shape each of them into patty.

6.
Heat the refined oil in a pan; deep-fry the patties until they turn a golden brown.

7.
Remove and drain the excess oil on kitchen towels.
