Chief of Army Staff General Bipin Rawat paid tribute at Amar Jawan Jyoti on the occasion of 72nd Infantry Day on Saturday. To honour the supreme sacrifice of the infantry in fighting the Pakistani raiders in Jammu and Kashmir in 1947, Army celebrated Infantry Day with traditional solemnity and gaiety all across the Northern Command.
