Mini-pancakes with Smoked Salmon [BA Recipes]

These pancake are so delicious, you will want to eat them all day everyday.
Ingredients:
All purpose flour - 5,5 oz
Baking powder - 1¼ tsp
Salt - ¼ tsp
Cream cheese (room temperature) - 1 oz
Butter (room temperature) - 1 oz
Egg - 1
Milk - 6 oz
Cold smoked salmon - 1,5 oz
Sour cream, mustard, chives, salt, vegetable oil

Preparation:
In a medium bowl sift and whisk together flour, salt and baking powder
In a small bowl cream together the cream cheese, butter and egg until smooth and completely incorporated
Whisk in the milk
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and whisk until just incorporated and no large lumps remain
Heat the greased pan and then scoop the batter by the tablespoon. Fry on both sides until the cakes are golden brown.Remove to a plate to cool while you prepare the rest
Mix sour cream with mustard and a pinch of salt. Whisk to combine
Serve with the sauce, sliced salmon and chopped chives
