SF Gate reports Netflix is being sued by Viacom over its hiring practices. In its suit, Viacom claims the streaming giant hired an employee that it still had under contract. The employee in question is 10-year Viacom vet Momita SenGupta. SenGupta was hired by Netflix as VP of physical production for its original series. However, her contract with Viacom wasn’t set to expire until April 2020.
